Beberapa hari yang lalu saya berjumpa beberapa sahabat di salah satu coffee shop di Gunawaman, namanya Thats Life. Tempatnya enak, wifi nya lumayan kenceng, dipake ngobrol lama juga suasananya lumayan nyaman. But we're not gonna talk about the place :) Jadi waktu itu saya sempet pesen yang namanya Mixed Salad disana, ngeliat bentukannya sih kayaknya simple dan rasanya enak!!
lettuce, grilled bread, boild egg, thousand island and CHITATO!!!
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS :
Wash the lettuce first, and cut it with your hand to get the natural point
and then take an egg *for one serving, hard boiled and cut it into pieces.
For luxurious, you can use a long french bread, but for instans, lets just grilled a couple of regular bread and cut it into squares.
Then, put the lettuce in a bowl, mix it with grilled bread and eggs that have been processed. Add the thousand island, and as the final touch,...... crumbled the Chitato or any chips you like all over the salad!!
and Voilaaaaaaa......taste good!!!
